Marius started his own business in 1982 after completion of 2 years military service. This business has grown into Marracon (Pty) Ltd which was established as a (Pty) Ltd in 1995. After 35 years in the Civil Construction Business he is committed to manage this company to achieve high standards with experience in project management, submission of proposals to clients and presentation.
After completing his studies in Civil Engineering in 1996 Herman became part of the management of Marracon (Pty) Ltd. After 20 years in the Civil Construction Business he is committed to manage the company to its fullest potential.
Joining Marracon in 2007, Breyton has been a great asset to the company. Leading his co-workers with great efficiency on site.
He provides great guidance to his team members and keeps them motivated.

Gert joined Marracon in the year 2001 and after 16 years is still proud to be part of the Marracon management team. Main responsibilities are project management, material procurement and surveying. This will include handling of all CAD based drafting and 3D modelling software programs. With advanced methods of design and survey, we can deliver professional advice to all our clients.
Ivan joined Marracon in the year of 2013. Growing up in a family in the industry, he has always been fascinated by the workmanship behind all the operations. Ivan proves to be a great leader to his team, as he will not only observe and delegate tasks efficiently, but always pursues to work hard physically with his team to achieve their goals.
He has a great eye for detail and owns great quantities of patience. He is always keen to advise others and his team.
He possesses qualified expertise in Construction Law and Safety practices.
Jan joined the team in 2004 and continued to grow in the trade.
He is a hard worker and can be counted on to lead the team productively in the absence of a superior on site.
Jan is a great communicator and possesses a great knowledge and understanding of what needs to be done around site. He delegates tasks effectively on site with great respect from his co-workers.

Jaco has been a member of the Marracon team since 2005. He is a reliable employee who can always be trusted with any duty assigned to him.
He is not only an admirable manager in managing his site, but he is Marracon’s most skilled Grader operator and has more than 15 years’ experience on operating in the skill.
Jaco has the skill and qualifications to operate a various selection of machinery safely and effectively and managing his sites according to Construction Legislative Requirements and Standards.
Karaat joined Marius at the beginning of his journey in starting his own business, and 30 years later, Karaat is still a Loyal and very trustworthy asset to the company.
He possesses great leadership skills and communicates efficiently with his team on site.
